TM Recovery provides the following services: Vehicle Recovery & Roadside Assistance • 24/7 emergency vehicle recovery and roadside assistance across Birmingham and the West Midlands • Towing and transportation of broken-down or accident-damaged vehicles • On-site roadside support (tyre changes, jump starts, lockout assistance, etc.) Vehicle Buying • Free online vehicle valuations submitted through the Website • Competitive purchase offers communicated by email following submission • Vehicle inspection appointments arranged via email or phone • Secure payment and vehicle collection upon agreement By submitting your details through the Website, you are initiating a non-binding enquiry. No contract for the purchase of your vehicle or for a recovery service exists until explicitly agreed in writing or verbally confirmed with a TM Recovery representative.

3.1 Accuracy of Information You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting a vehicle for valuation, including but not limited to: registration number, mileage, condition, service history, and uploaded photographs. 3.2 Non-Binding Valuation Any valuation or offer provided by TM Recovery is an estimate based on the information you supply and DVLA records. It is not a guaranteed purchase price. Final offers may be revised following physical inspection of the vehicle. 3.3 Offer Validity Offers are subject to time limits as stated in the offer communication. TM Recovery reserves the right to withdraw or adjust an offer at any time prior to formal written agreement. 3.4 Vehicle Ownership By submitting a vehicle for valuation or sale, you confirm that: • You are the registered keeper and legal owner of the vehicle, or have authority to sell it • The vehicle is free from outstanding finance (or this has been disclosed) • The vehicle details provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge • The vehicle is not stolen or subject to any legal dispute 3.5 Payment & Collection Upon acceptance of a final offer, payment will be made as agreed. TM Recovery will arrange collection at a mutually agreed time and location.

4.1 Service Availability TM Recovery aims to provide 24/7 emergency recovery services across its coverage area. Response times (typically 25–40 minutes) are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, location, and demand. We cannot guarantee arrival within a specific time. 4.2 Scope of Service Recovery and roadside services are provided on a best-efforts basis. TM Recovery is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including road closures, extreme weather, or third-party interference. 4.3 Vehicle Condition By requesting recovery, you confirm that you have disclosed any known hazards relating to the vehicle (e.g. fuel leaks, structural damage, hazardous cargo). Failure to disclose such information may result in refusal of service or additional charges. 4.4 Pricing All pricing for recovery services will be communicated clearly before work commences. Quoted prices are inclusive of standard labour and mileage unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for complex recoveries, winching, or out-of-area callouts.

Vehicle Buying You may withdraw from a vehicle sale at any time before formal written agreement is reached. Once a sale is agreed in writing and payment has been made, cancellations are subject to mutual agreement. If TM Recovery withdraws an offer prior to payment, no charges will apply. Recovery Services Callouts cancelled after a recovery vehicle has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking. This fee reflects the cost of deployment. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 working days using the original payment method.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or our services, we encourage you to contact us first at tm_recovery1@outlook.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before commencing formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from the courts.
