Ensure everyone is safe
Move away from traffic if possible. Call 999 if anyone is injured. Your safety comes before the vehicle.
Contact the police if required
Injury accidents, road obstruction, or if another driver leaves the scene — police involvement may be required.
Exchange details
Name, insurance details, and registration of all parties. Take photos of the scene if it's safe to do so.

Transport to your destination
Your insurer's approved repairer, your own garage, a storage facility, or your home. Your choice — not ours.
Documentation provided
A written record of the recovery for insurance and legal purposes, including vehicle condition at time of collection if needed.
Write-offs & Storage
Insurance write-off & salvage
If your vehicle is written off, we transport it to your insurer's storage or salvage facility, or hold it pending their assessment.
For Cat S and Cat N write-offs you wish to retain and repair, we provide transportation to your chosen specialist repairer.
Cash for scrap vehicles
Scrapped in full — no parts reused. We transport to an authorised treatment facility.
Body shell crushed, parts may be salvaged. Transport to insurer's approved facility.
Structural damage — repairable. We deliver to your chosen specialist or home.
Non-structural damage — repairable. Transport to insurer's repairer or your garage.
